We price by the job, not by the hour. We visit your property, assess the scope of work, and give you a clear, written quote before anything starts. Estimates are always free and there's no obligation. Final price depends on property size, service type, and whether you're on a recurring plan.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Utah and currently serve the Wasatch Front — Salt Lake City, Provo, Orem, Lehi, Sandy, Draper, and surrounding communities. Check our Service Areas page for the full list. We're expanding to more areas soon.

How do I schedule a service?

Three ways: fill out the bid request form on our Contact page, call us directly at (801) 301-3039, or email bids@timberandturf.pro. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to set up a time that works.

What should I expect on the first visit?

We walk your property with you, talk about what you want done, take measurements, and give you an honest assessment. You'll get a written quote — usually same day or next day. No pressure, no hard sell.

Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?

Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly maintenance packages for lawn mowing, trimming, and general upkeep. Recurring customers get priority scheduling and better rates.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability and workers' comp coverage. Happy to provide proof of insurance on request — just ask.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. For recurring services, we can set up automatic billing so you don't have to think about it.

Do you work during winter?

Yes. We offer snow removal and winter property maintenance from November through March. We also handle fall cleanups and winterization for sprinkler systems and landscaping before the cold hits.

Can I cancel or reschedule a service?

Absolutely. Just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. We understand plans change — no hassle, no fees.

Do you offer emergency or same-day service?

We handle urgent requests on a case-by-case basis. Storm damage cleanup, broken sprinkler lines, and similar emergencies — call us and we'll do our best to get someone out fast.
